WSI offers you the chance to contribute to improving gender equality in sport by helping lead research-informed international policy contributions, and working for the benefit of girls and women around the world.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>NOTICE TO THE MEMBERSHIP OF WOMENSPORT INTERNATIONAL<\/h3>\n<p><strong>CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR WSI BOARD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NOVEMBER 30, 2018: It is time for elections, and WSI is seeking nominations.\u00a0WSI offers you the chance to contribute to improving gender equality in sport by helping lead research-informed international policy contributions, and working for the benefit of girls and women around the world.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations for the following positions are welcome:<br \/>\nADVISORY BOARD<br \/>\nPRESIDENT<br \/>\nSECRETARY<br \/>\nTREASURER<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible to run for office, an individual must be, or become, a WSI member. An individual may self-nominate. Nominees must submit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a one-page curriculum vitae, which should contain a description of their background, areas of expertise and interest in the role, and<\/li>\n<li>confirm their willingness to serve for a term: from February 1, 2019 until November 1, 2021 (with possible extension to July 31, 2022).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>By December 20, 2018, please email nomination with subject line WSI Nomination to: <a href=\"mailto:womensportinternational@gmail.com\">womensportinternational@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Should an election be required, WSI members will receive a ballot by December 20, 2018.
