New Toolkit for Safeguarding Athletes from Harassment and Abuse in Sport launched by IOC.
In October 2017 WSI Executive Board member Nad’a Knorre (Czech Olympic Committee) contributed to Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) General Assembly in Prague, which approved the IOC Toolkit for Safeguarding Athletes from Harassment and Abuse in Sport. The Toolkit is available online at: https://hub.olympic.org/safeguarding/
Nad’a is chairwoman of the Committee of Equal Opportunities in Sport for the Czech Olympic Committee. Nad’a reports that this is a huge step forward on an issue on which WSI has been actively seeking change for many years.
