WSI Board Member, Gabi Salomon, released her research on gender initiatives in football workplace. Research finds that women in sport do not find gender equity practices in their field as adequate.

WSI Board Member, Gabi Salomon, released her research on gender initiatives in football workplace. Research finds that women in sport do not find gender equity practices in their field as adequate. “Gabrielle Salomon is the founder of The Alliance for Diversity, Equality, Inclusion in Sport and an Associate Lecturer and PhD Candidate in the Faculty of Business and Law, Manchester Metropolitan University”.

Her PhD is focused on investigating both men’s and women’s professional football workplaces to see if their gender equity and, or, diversity initiaitves, schemes, and quotas are effective or just tokenistic. It is an international study involving workplaces in the US, England, Canada and Scotland.”
